How to leave a lasting impression.

Over the past 2 years Endure has worked with various emerging brands getting them out in the world… without big budgets. Creating brand activations that leave a lasting impression with consumers. Here’s how we do it.

1.    Know your brand and your audience: As marketers, we must know the brand intimately and understand your audience and what they want. Always start with strategy.  The first step of engagement is figuring out what your audience wants. What are their goals, motivations, and behaviours? Once you clearly understand your customer needs, it becomes easier to provide the experiences they want.

2.    Create shareable moments: find a message that is meaningful, genuine and impactful. Leverage hashtags and create FOMO, make a social media competition – its easier than ever to market.

3.    Create communities: allow customers to connect, share, have a voice and engage, forums, Q n As. But remember, respond and engage back.

4.    Leverage partnerships and Collaborate : relish the influence and contacts you have - approach like minded or complementary brands. Develop a powerful collab, a competition or a product.  

5.    Create unexpected moments: first impressions count. Make the entry count, add little touches, surprise and delight people. Have them thinking what’s next.

6.    Create live experiences: premium food cooking stations, cocktail making, blend your own juice. Leverage technology or VR, elevate a dull room into something exciting

7.    Personalised experiences are a great way to engage your fans and leave lasting impression because it makes them feel special. The more relevant the more they enjoy it and engage with it. Gifts or take aways so your brand is front of mind and remembered for years to come.

 

You may not have the big budgets, so think out side the box. Tell a story. Keep it simple. Know your brand and your customer and if you can deliver a powerful message and genuine experience you will build trust and loyalty like nothing else.
